Privacy Policy
Effective September 27, 2026. Finite is made by Minzy Studios LLC.
The short version
Finite does not collect, receive, store, sell or share your personal data. The information Finite needs stays on your iPhone.
What stays on your iPhone
- Your birthdate, optional time of day, time zone and the lifespan number you choose.
- Your motivation, counters, dates, schedules and settings.
- The apps, categories and websites you choose to block. Apple supplies private tokens for these selections.
- On-device Screen Time summaries supplied by Apple's Device Activity framework. Finite uses them to compare time when your selected apps were locked with time spent in those apps.
- On-device records of walk-aways and pauses used to calculate time kept for yourself.
What we do not do
- No account and no sign-in.
- No analytics, advertising, tracking or third-party data SDKs.
- No server receives your birthdate, motivation, counters, app selections or Screen Time summaries.
Screen Time
Finite uses Apple's Screen Time frameworks with your permission to apply app shields and provide on-device activity summaries for the Weeks view. You can revoke permission in iPhone Settings. iOS always lets the owner of the phone turn blocking off.
Purchases
Apple handles subscriptions and lifetime purchases through the App Store. Minzy Studios does not receive your payment details.
Sharing and deletion
If you share a card, you choose where it goes through the iPhone share sheet. Finite does not send it anywhere by itself. You can erase Finite's information in its settings or delete the app.
Health and children
Finite is a wellbeing tool, not a medical device, and does not diagnose or treat any condition. It is not directed at children.
