Your descent belongs to you. Oath Below does not collect data from the app.
The short version
- No Oath Below account or sign-in.
- No advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics.
- Your run, records, purchase status, and settings stay on your device.
- Core play works offline.
1. Who we are
Oath Below is developed and operated by Minzy Studios LLC in Burlington, Vermont, United States. This notice describes Oath Below version 1.
2. Playing Oath Below
Oath Below does not collect personal or gameplay data. The app does not include an account, sign-in, advertising, third-party analytics, behavioral tracking, or a Minzy Studios cloud service.
3. Information stored on your device
Your current run, completed-run count, records, settings, tutorial status, and purchase-entitlement status are stored locally on your device. Minzy Studios does not receive this information. Oath Below version 1 does not include cloud save, so deleting the app may delete locally stored progress.
4. Purchases
The optional lifetime unlock is processed by Apple through the App Store. Oath Below uses Apple StoreKit on your device to display the product, complete a purchase, confirm eligible access, or restore access. Minzy Studios does not receive your full payment-card details, and the app does not send purchase information to a Minzy Studios server.
5. Support email
If you email hello@minzystudios.com, Minzy Studios receives the information you choose to include, such as your email address, device details, attachments, or description of a problem. This correspondence is separate from the Oath Below app and is used to respond to or investigate your request.
Please do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information. We keep support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, investigate recurring issues, maintain necessary business records, or meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your support correspondence, subject to records we must retain.
6. Visiting these pages
The minzystudios.com website is separate from the app. Our hosting provider may process routine connection information, such as an IP address, request details, and browser or device information, to deliver and protect these pages. Minzy Studios does not use third-party advertising, behavioral tracking, or analytics on these Oath Below pages.
7. Children
Oath Below is intended for a general audience and is not offered in Apple’s Made for Kids category. The app does not ask players for their age or require personal information to play. If you believe a child has sent personal information to support, contact us so we can address it.
8. Changes and contact
We will update this notice and its effective date if Oath Below’s practices change. Questions about privacy or requests concerning support correspondence can be sent to hello@minzystudios.com.
