What we’ll build for you.

Four kinds of work we’ll build for you. Pick the one closest to your idea, and the first call sorts out the rest.

AI tools

An AI tool.

Task-shaped assistants, or a small model that runs on your own hardware with no cloud.

Custom software

Custom software.

Web tools, websites, and booking flows, built to be yours: the code, the keys, and the accounts.

First step
A 30-minute call about your idea.
Before any work
A written plan, a price, and a date you can hold it.

House rules

How a project runs.

Small on purpose, which changes how a project plays.

  1. Deal.

A 30-minute call. Bring the idea, however rough.

  2. Draw.

A written plan: what gets built first, what it costs, and when you can hold it.

  3. Play.

Playable builds as it grows, then the handover.

Object of the gameMake something people are glad exists.

  1. Deal with the maker.

The person you talk to designs it, builds it, and ships it. No account managers, no game of telephone.

  2. Play fast, finish properly.

Design and code live in one head, so ideas get tried the same day. Then the last ten percent gets the same care as the first ninety.

  3. Keep your own cards.

You own what we build: the code, the keys, and the accounts.

  4. Respect the player.

No dark patterns, and no ads or accounts that haven’t earned their place. Yours won’t have them either.
