1. Who we are
Minzy's Meadow is developed and operated by Minzy Studios LLC in Burlington, Vermont, United States. This notice describes version 1 for iPhone.
2. Playing Minzy's Meadow
The app does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information or gameplay data. It does not include an account, sign-in, advertising, third-party analytics, behavioral tracking, online multiplayer, or a Minzy Studios cloud service.
3. Information stored on your device
Game progress, scores, Daily records, settings, earned Glimmers, purchase-entitlement status, cosmetic choices, and Terrarium state are stored locally on your device. Minzy Studios does not receive this information. Version 1 does not include cloud save, so deleting the app may delete locally stored progress and settings.
4. App Store purchases
The optional Light the Meadow unlock is processed by Apple through the App Store. The app uses StoreKit on your device to display the product, complete a purchase, confirm eligible access, or restore access. Minzy Studios does not receive your full payment-card details, and the app does not send purchase information to a Minzy Studios server.
5. Support email
If you email hello@minzystudios.com, Minzy Studios receives the information you choose to include. This correspondence is separate from the app and is used to respond to or investigate your request. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
6. Visiting these pages
The minzystudios.com website is separate from the app. Our hosting provider may process routine connection information to deliver and protect these pages. Minzy Studios does not use third-party advertising, behavioral tracking, or analytics on these pages.
7. Children
Minzy's Meadow is intended for a general audience and is not offered in Apple's Made for Kids category. The app does not ask players for their age or require personal information to play.
