Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of the Minzy's Meadow app for iPhone.
1. Agreement and app license
By downloading or using Minzy's Meadow, you agree to these Terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple's Standard EULA governs your license to use the app. If these Terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's terms control to the extent of the conflict.
2. The game
Minzy's Meadow is a single-player puzzle game. You may use it for personal, non-commercial entertainment under the license supplied through the App Store. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly allows it.
3. Local progress
The app stores progress, records, settings, earned Glimmers, cosmetic choices, and Terrarium state locally on your iPhone. There is no account or Minzy Studios cloud save in version 1. Minzy Studios cannot recover local game data. Deleting the app may remove that data.
4. Light the Meadow
Levels 1 through 8, the curated Market shelf, and the Terrarium are available free. Light the Meadow is an optional one-time non-consumable purchase for the Apple Account that purchased it. It expands the remaining campaign, Endless and Zen modes, and the full earn-only Market. It is not a subscription. The exact price, currency, availability, and purchase terms shown by Apple before confirmation control. Eligible access can be restored through StoreKit.
5. Glimmers and cosmetics
Glimmers are fictional in-game points earned through play. They are not purchased with money, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged outside the game, and are used only for in-game cosmetic items and helpers. There are no loot boxes, token packs, or player-to-player transfers.
6. Fair and lawful use
Do not manipulate purchases, tamper with the app, disrupt its operation, use it to violate law or another person's rights, or represent its assets as your own. The game is not a wagering or gambling service.
7. Privacy
The Minzy's Meadow Privacy Policy explains local storage, App Store purchases, website delivery, and support correspondence.
8. Availability and changes
We may update the app or these Terms as the product or law changes. Features can change, be interrupted, or become unavailable. The updated effective date will appear on this page.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Minzy's Meadow is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Minzy Studios is not responsible for losses caused by unsupported devices, device failure, deletion of local data, App Store outages, or use outside the app's intended purpose, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
