Release draft
Terms before sale
These notes are not active consumer terms and do not create an offer to buy. Final terms require legal review and the exact release build, Steam listing, support process, and refund routing.
Product
Minzy’s Workshop is planned as a desktop focus game where completed focus sessions advance a character-filled workshop and reveal small games built from trusted blueprints.
Planned purchase
The current working prices are $19.99 USD for Standard Edition and $29.99 USD for Founder’s Edition, each as a one-time purchase with no subscription. Founder availability, closing rules, and upgrades remain unannounced.
Steam distribution
Purchases, downloads, updates, and platform refunds are intended to run through Steam. The final listing and applicable Steam terms will control those services once the product is available.
Workshop items
Bananas, XP, blueprints, ranks, and workshop items are game features with no cash value. They cannot be bought, transferred, or redeemed.
Remaining legal gates
Warranty language, limitation of liability, governing law, audience treatment, termination, effective date, and any additional refund terms remain open until qualified review. Contact mike@minzystudios.com with pre-launch questions.
