RANKED Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the RANKED mobile app. By downloading or using RANKED, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use RANKED. RANKED is for adults.
3. What RANKED provides
RANKED helps you build workouts, log exercises, track weights and repetitions, and turn logged training into muscle-rank progress. It may also provide automated or AI-generated training suggestions.
Exercise has inherent risks. You are responsible for choosing exercises, weights, equipment, and training decisions appropriate for you. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms. Ask a qualified healthcare or fitness professional when you need individual advice.
4. AI Coach
Coach responses may be generated with artificial intelligence. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for you. The Coach does not diagnose injuries, prescribe treatment, replace a qualified professional, or monitor messages for emergencies. You are responsible for how you act on its suggestions.
5. RANKED Pro subscription
RANKED is free to use. RANKED Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks unlimited Coach. It is offered in monthly and annual options, and the price that applies to you is shown in the App Store before you buy.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage your subscription or turn off auto-renew at any time in your App Store account settings. Billing is handled by Apple, not by us, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms.
Everything outside RANKED Pro stays free. If a subscription ends or lapses, unlimited Coach stops and the rest of the app keeps working, with your training data untouched.
6. Your training data
Your workout entries remain yours. RANKED stores your training data on your device. If you choose to create an optional account, your training data is also backed up to your private cloud account so you can restore it, join a private Gym, and accept private direct connections. Sharing for Workouts, Logs, Charts, and Calendar starts off for every connection and can be controlled separately. You can disconnect, sign out, or delete the account at any time. Coach messages and a limited training summary may be sent to service providers to generate a reply, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse RANKED or its services. This includes attempting to interfere with the app, access systems without authorization, extract service credentials, evade usage limits, use the service unlawfully, or resell access.
8. Intellectual property
RANKED, including its software, design, branding, text, and licensed assets, belongs to Minzy Studios LLC or its licensors. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use RANKED on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s usage rules.
9. Availability and changes
RANKED is provided “as is” and “as available.” Features may change as the app improves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent availability of any feature, or that every exercise or suggestion is appropriate for every person.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Minzy Studios LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from RANKED. Our total liability for a claim relating to RANKED will not exceed the amount you paid for the app during the 12 months before the claim, or $60 if you paid nothing.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
11. Ending use
You may stop using RANKED at any time. You can reset local training data and delete your optional account inside the app. We may limit or end access to online services, including the private Gym, if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or are reported for abusive conduct toward other members.
12. Apple
These Terms are between you and Minzy Studios LLC, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for RANKED. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as RANKED changes. We will update the effective date and, when appropriate, provide notice in the app. Continuing to use RANKED after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Vermont law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Vermont, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
