The short version
- No SOLN account or sign-in.
- No advertising, behavioral tracking, or third-party analytics in the app.
- Puzzle progress stays locally on your iPhone.
- Core puzzle play is designed to work offline.
1. Who we are
SOLN is developed and operated by Minzy Studios LLC in Burlington, Vermont, United States. This notice describes SOLN v1.
2. Playing SOLN
SOLN v1 is designed not to collect personal gameplay data. The app does not include a SOLN account, sign-in, advertising, third-party analytics, or behavioral tracking.
3. Information stored on your device
Your puzzle progress, settings, earned mastery, and related game state are stored locally on your iPhone. Minzy Studios does not receive this local gameplay information. Because there is no SOLN cloud save in v1, deleting the app may delete that progress.
4. Purchases
The optional Full Notebook purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. SOLN checks purchase and transaction information on your device only as needed to verify, unlock, or restore paid access. SOLN does not send transaction or receipt information to Minzy Studios or another service. Minzy Studios does not receive your full payment-card details. Restoring a purchase restores eligible access, not locally stored puzzle progress.
5. Sharing
If you choose to export a SOLN share card through the system share sheet, the image goes to the destination you choose. That destination handles it under its own practices. SOLN does not publish it to a SOLN social feed.
6. Support email
If you contact hello@minzystudios.com, Minzy Studios receives the information you choose to include, such as your email address, device details, attachments, or a description of a problem. We use it to respond and investigate the issue. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
We keep support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, investigate recurring issues, maintain necessary business records, or meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your support correspondence, subject to records we must retain.
7. Visiting these pages
The SOLN app does not use advertising or analytics. The minzystudios.com website is separate from the app. Our hosting provider may process routine connection information, such as an IP address, request details, and technical device or browser information, to deliver and protect these pages. Minzy Studios does not use third-party advertising, behavioral tracking, or analytics on these SOLN pages.
8. Children
SOLN is intended for a general audience and is not offered in Apple's Made for Kids category. The app does not ask players for their age or require personal information to play. If you believe a child has sent personal information to support, contact us so we can address it.
9. Changes and contact
We will update this notice and its effective date if SOLN's practices change. Questions about SOLN privacy or requests concerning support correspondence can be sent to hello@minzystudios.com.
