Progress and reinstalling

SOLN stores puzzle progress locally on your iPhone. V1 does not include a SOLN account or cloud save. Deleting the app can therefore delete puzzle progress, so do not reinstall it as a troubleshooting step unless you accept that risk.

Purchases and Restore

Full Notebook is one optional, non-consumable purchase that permanently opens the remaining notebook and paid modes as their play-earned progression gates are reached. It never grants solved pages, mastery, rewards, or collectibles.

To restore eligible access, connect to the internet, make sure your iPhone uses the Apple Account that made the purchase, then open SOLN, tap the gear, and choose Restore purchase in Settings. Restore is also available from the Full Notebook offer. Restoration does not restore local puzzle progress.

Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests. Minzy Studios does not receive your full payment-card details.

Offline play

Core puzzle play works offline. An internet connection may be needed for App Store purchase verification or restoration.

Sound and accessibility

SOLN includes sound effects and earned soundscapes. To turn them on or off, open the workbench, tap the gear, and use the Sound toggle in Settings. SOLN respects the iPhone Ring/Silent switch, so move the switch to Ring and raise the volume if Sound is on but you hear nothing.

SOLN includes VoiceOver labels, text-size accommodations, and a Reduce Motion option. If a page or control is difficult to use, tell us which screen and accessibility setting you were using.
