Slivers keeps your videos, collections, and settings on your iPhone. The app does not collect your data.

1. Who we are
Slivers is developed and operated by Minzy Studios LLC in Burlington, Vermont, United States. This notice describes Slivers version 1.
2. What the app collects
Nothing. Slivers has no app account, Minzy Studios server, advertising, analytics, or behavioral tracking. Your videos, collections, settings, and local purchase status stay on your device and inside device backups you control. Minzy Studios cannot see, receive, or recover them.
3. Camera, microphone, and Photos
Slivers asks for camera and microphone access when you choose to record a sliver. Import uses Apple's system photo picker, which gives Slivers access only to the videos you select. If you choose Save to Photos, Slivers asks for add-only Photos access so it can save the finished film. You can decline or change permissions in iOS Settings.
4. Purchases
The optional Slivers Complete unlock is processed by Apple through the App Store. Slivers checks purchase information on your device only as needed to unlock or restore eligible access. Minzy Studios does not receive your full payment-card details, and the app does not send purchase information to a Minzy Studios server.
5. Sharing and export
Your videos leave the Slivers app only when you choose to export or share them through a destination you select. That destination handles the exported file under its own practices. Slivers does not publish to a Slivers feed or social network.
6. Retention and deletion
Deleted slivers remain recoverable in Recently Deleted for 30 days unless you permanently delete them sooner. Deleting the app removes its local data. Device backups, Photos copies, files, and archives you create remain under your control.
7. Support email
If you email hello@minzystudios.com, Minzy Studios receives the information you choose to include, such as your email address, device details, attachments, or description of a problem. This correspondence is separate from the Slivers app and is used to respond to or investigate your request.
Please do not send private videos, passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information. We keep support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, investigate recurring issues, maintain necessary business records, or meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your support correspondence, subject to records we must retain.
8. Visiting these pages
The minzystudios.com website is separate from the app. Our hosting provider may process routine connection information, such as an IP address, request details, and browser or device information, to deliver and protect these pages. Minzy Studios does not use third-party advertising, behavioral tracking, or analytics on these Slivers pages.
9. Children
Slivers is intended for a general audience and is not offered in Apple's Made for Kids category. The app does not ask for age or require personal information. If you believe a child has sent personal information to support, contact us so we can address it.
10. Changes and contact
We will update this notice and its effective date if Slivers' practices change. Questions about privacy or support correspondence can be sent to hello@minzystudios.com.
