Where are my slivers?

Slivers stores videos and collections on your iPhone. There is no Slivers account or server. Check Collections, Inbox, and Recently Deleted inside the app. A sliver can belong to more than one collection without being duplicated.

Camera or microphone access

Open the iOS Settings app, choose Slivers, and turn Camera or Microphone access on. You can still import videos with Apple's system picker if camera access is off.

Importing and reusing videos

Use Add from Photos to bring a selected video into Slivers. Use Add from Slivers to place an existing in-app sliver into another collection without returning to Photos.

Saving or sharing a finished film

Open a collection, choose Make the film, then use Share for Apple's standard Share sheet or Save to Photos for a Photos copy. Slivers requests add-only Photos access only when you choose Save to Photos.

Back up your library

Open Settings in Slivers and choose Export everything to create a ZIP archive that you can save somewhere you control. Deleting the app can remove its local library, so create an archive before reinstalling as a troubleshooting step.

Restore Slivers Complete

Connect to the internet, make sure the iPhone uses the Apple Account that made the purchase, open Settings in Slivers, and choose Restore purchase. Restoring eligible access does not restore locally deleted videos or collections.

Storage warnings

Slivers warns when storage is getting low and blocks new capture or import when there is not enough safe working space. Free some space in iOS, return to Slivers, and try again. Existing slivers remain available.

Privacy

Slivers has no app account, analytics, ads, or tracking. Your videos stay on your device unless you export or share them. Read the full Slivers Privacy Policy.
