Slivers
Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of the Slivers app for iPhone.
1. Agreement and app license
By downloading or using Slivers, you agree to these Terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple's Standard EULA governs your license to use the app. These Terms explain Slivers' video, storage, sharing, and optional-purchase features.
2. Your videos and collections
You keep ownership of the videos and other content you use with Slivers. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to record, import, export, and share that content, and for using the app lawfully.
3. Local storage and backups
Slivers stores its library on your iPhone. There is no Slivers account or Minzy Studios cloud library. Minzy Studios cannot see, recover, or restore your videos or collections. You are responsible for exports, device backups, and copies saved to Photos or other destinations. Deleting Slivers may remove its local library.
4. Camera, microphone, Photos, and sharing
Slivers uses camera and microphone access when you choose to record. Import uses Apple's system photo picker. Saving a finished film to Photos requires add-only Photos access. Sharing uses Apple's standard Share sheet and the destination you select. You control these permissions in iOS Settings.
5. Slivers Complete
Slivers includes five collections for free. Slivers Complete is an optional, one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that permanently unlocks unlimited collections for the Apple Account that purchased it. It is not a subscription. The exact price, currency, availability, and purchase terms shown by Apple before confirmation control. Eligible access can be restored through Apple's StoreKit services.
6. Safe and lawful use
Do not record or interact with Slivers in a way that is unsafe, unlawful, invasive, or distracting. Follow local laws and respect other people's privacy, property, and intellectual-property rights.
7. Privacy
The Slivers Privacy Policy explains the app's local storage, permissions, purchases, exports, and support correspondence.
8. Availability and changes
We may update Slivers or these Terms as the product or law changes. Features can change, be interrupted, or become unavailable. The updated effective date will appear on this page. Your license may end if you violate these Terms or Apple's Standard EULA.
