Privacy Policy
TEMPO is a private cadence coaching and run-tracking app from Minzy Studios LLC.
1. Data stored on your device
TEMPO stores your runs, route, cadence, pace, splits, plan progress, and settings locally on your device. TEMPO does not require an account, run an advertising SDK, sell personal information, or upload workout history to a Minzy Studios server.
2. Location and motion
During a run, TEMPO uses precise location to measure distance, pace, and route, including while the screen is locked. Motion data provides step cadence. These permissions are used for workout features you start and can be changed in iOS Settings.
3. Purchases
If you choose Tempo Pro, Apple processes the transaction. TEMPO receives subscription product and entitlement status to show the available offer and unlock features. Minzy Studios does not receive your full payment-card details.
4. Sharing and deletion
Sharing happens only when you tap Share and choose a destination. Removing TEMPO deletes its local workout database from the device.
5. Support correspondence
If you email us, Minzy Studios receives the information you choose to include, such as your email address, device details, attachments, or description of a problem. We use that information to respond to or investigate your request. Please do not send payment details or sensitive health information.
6. Visiting these pages
The minzystudios.com website is separate from the TEMPO app. Our hosting provider may process routine connection information, such as an IP address, request details, and browser or device information, to deliver and protect these pages. Minzy Studios does not use third-party advertising, behavioral tracking, or analytics on these TEMPO pages.
7. Changes and contact
We will update this notice and its effective date if TEMPO's practices change. Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@minzystudios.com. App support is available at hello@minzystudios.com.
