Terms of Use
1. Agreement and app license
By downloading or using TEMPO, you agree to these Terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple's Standard EULA governs your license to use the app. These Terms explain TEMPO's fitness features and optional subscription.
2. Fitness information
TEMPO is a fitness tool, not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent injury. Cadence, pace, distance, route, targets, scores, and trends are estimates for general informational use and may be affected by sensor, signal, device, environment, and user conditions. Stop an activity and seek qualified medical guidance if you have a health concern.
3. Tempo Pro subscriptions
Tempo Pro is optional. The annual plan is $39.99 per year and includes a seven-day trial only when Apple reports that the subscriber is eligible. The monthly plan is $7.99 per month and has no trial. The exact price, currency, eligibility, and purchase terms shown by Apple before confirmation control.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. To prevent renewal, cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date. If you start an eligible trial and do not want it to convert to a paid subscription, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Deleting TEMPO does not cancel a subscription.
4. Free and paid access
Free access includes GPS run tracking, live run metrics, recent history, sharing, and one personal baseline. Tempo Pro adds adaptive targets, live drift cues, an independent beat, haptics and voice cues, structured workouts, training plans, execution scores, and progress trends. Features may evolve as the app is updated, but an active subscription does not grant ownership of the app or a promise that every feature will remain unchanged forever.
5. Safe and lawful use
You are responsible for choosing a safe place and conditions for exercise, staying aware of traffic and surroundings, and using TEMPO lawfully. Do not interact with the screen in a way that creates danger.
6. Privacy
The TEMPO Privacy Policy explains how workout information is stored locally, how location and motion permissions are used, and what happens when you contact support.
7. Changes, termination, and support
We may update TEMPO or these Terms as the product or law changes. The updated effective date will appear on this page. Your license may end if you violate these Terms or the Standard EULA. Questions can be sent to hello@minzystudios.com.
