TEMPO is a private cadence coach for iPhone.

Location or cadence is unavailable

Open iOS Settings, choose TEMPO, allow Location Always with Precise Location on, and allow Motion & Fitness. TEMPO uses these permissions for workouts you start.

Set your baseline

Start with a comfortable natural run. TEMPO uses that personal baseline for adaptive targets. It does not assume one universal cadence is right for every runner.

Use the beat with your audio

TEMPO's beat is independent. Start the music, podcast, audiobook, or other audio you want, then return to TEMPO and begin your workout. TEMPO does not connect to or control a streaming service.

Restore Tempo Pro

Open Tempo Pro in the app and tap Restore Purchases while signed into the Apple Account that made the purchase.

Manage or cancel a subscription

On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then choose TEMPO. Apple manages billing, cancellation, and refund eligibility for App Store purchases.
